What firms say after launch
The part I rate most highly is the form, not the visuals. It asks for property reference, viewing preference and buyer question before anything is sent, which is the information we used to chase by email. The first message is usually enough to act on now.

Inquiry form and response workflow for property auction viewings
My first check was simple: open the property auction viewings page on a mobile and try to get in touch. Key information comes first and the contact option is clearly labeled. The days of talking customers through the menu are over.

Mobile navigation and page layout for property auction viewings
The question 'who is answering this one?' used to hang over every property auction viewings inquiry. Now each request has a named owner and enough detail for a colleague to cover it. Duplicate replies and orphaned messages have both quietly ended.

What people usually ask first
What happens on the demo call?
We show a lot page, a county page and the registration flow built for your kind of sale, answer your questions about plans and timelines, and agree next steps if you want to go ahead. There are no slides.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to know the kinds of sales you run, the counties you sell in and your current website address, but nothing is required.
Is the demo a sales pitch with pressure to sign?
No. You leave with the plan that fits and what we would need from you. Nothing is decided on the call and there is no countdown on any offer.
Can we see the AI receptionist and chat?
Yes. If you are considering Sale Day or Full Docket, we walk through what the AI receptionist, site chat and messaging agents answer, and what they hand to your team.
What do I actually get for the monthly fee?
A custom-coded website for your auction firm: a lot page for every property you sell, county and sale-type pages, a bidder registration form connected to your CRM, managed hosting, weekly listing updates, and researched articles. Lot Sheet covers the site itself; Sale Day adds the AI Engine; Full Docket adds the Content Engine. Every plan carries the same one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved.
How long until my site is live?
7 days on Lot Sheet, 10 on Sale Day while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Full Docket with the content program running from day one. The clock starts at your onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner your onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.
Can the site handle a sale-day traffic spike?
Yes. Every page is custom coded and served from Cloudflare's global edge, and we guarantee a 90+ PageSpeed score on both mobile and desktop, not only on the day the site launches. Sale-day traffic on an auction site is rarely even, and the site is built to hold up the same way at peak traffic as it does on a quiet Tuesday.
What happens straight after I buy?
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your business details, the counties and sale types you serve, your first properties or upcoming sales, your brand, your domain and where inquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
Prefer to just ask a question first?
Email us and a person replies within one working day, no demo required.
